Ballarat (Aquinas Campus)

Aquinas Campus

Ballarat Campus (Aquinas) had its beginnings in the establishment of the Aquin Training College by the Ballarat Sisters of Mercy in 1909. From 1974 the property at 1200 Mair Street became the new site of the Catholic TeachersÂ’ College, which was known initially as Aquinas College. Later that year the Ballarat Campus (Aquinas) became part of the Institute of Catholic Education. Since 1 January 1991 the Ballarat Campus (Aquinas) has been one of the campuses of ACU National.
