All international students are subject to the conditions of their student visa. The student visa is issued subject to the rules and conditions of the ESOS Act (2000) and the accompanying National Code.

Changes to the National Code, which came into effect on 1st July 2007, have resulted in changes to the conditions of your student visa.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the conditions of your student visa.
