The use of the University Email System is subject to the University "Computer and Internet Acceptable Use Policy". Staff and Students must Agree to the policy in order to use the Email system. Clicking on "Agree" means that you abide to the terms and conditions of this policy.
For Students
In First Semester 2009 a new web-based email system is being introduced for students at ACU National. More information
The following information relates to the existing student email system (IPSwitch) which will be phased out at the end of First Semester 2009.
If you agree to the "Computer and Internet Acceptable Use Policy", please click on "Agree" below to continue to access the Student E-Mail system. If you do not agree to the "Computer and Internet Acceptable Use Policy" click on "disagree".
A dialogue box will prompt you to enter your Username = (student ID) and your Password = (PW). Password default is your date of birth written as ddmmyyyy unless you have changed it through iMail or at the labs.
For Staff - Microsoft Outlook
If you agree to the "Computer and Internet Acceptable Use Policy", please click on "Agree" below to continue to access the ACU Staff E-Mail system. If you do not agree to the policy, click on "Disagree".

On the Login Page:
- A dialogue box will prompt you for your username and password.
For access to your email, please use the login style:
acustaff\<yourusername>. e.g.:
- Domainuser name = acustaff\jocitizen
- Password = Your ACU network password
For Lotus Notes users
If you are still using an ACU National Lotus Notes email account please contact the IT Service Desk (ext. 7272) to have your account migrated to Microsoft Outlook.
