Application to Course Complete

Students who believe that they will have completed their course by the end of the semester, must complete an Application to Course Complete (ACC) Form in order to be assessed for course completion. This form is available to download by clicking on the link below.

ACC Form - Complete and submit this form if you believe you will complete your studies - Please refer to the due dates on the form.

What Happens Next?

Once graduation dates have been confirmed and your application has been processed, you will be notified via an email sent to your student account.
When your final results become available your application will be forwarded to your Course Coordinator, who will then assess your eligibility to complete your course.
Once your Course Coordinator has verified you as having met all the requirements to complete your course, a transcript will be mailed to you along with information regarding Graduation.

Please Note: If your application to course complete is unsuccessful, a Not Eligible to Graduate letter will be mailed to you notifying you of this.

IMPORTANT;

If your mailing address has changed, please log onto Student Connect to amend. If your mailing address is not up to date, you will not receive your course complete transcript or other important correspondence regarding course completion.
