Withdrawal from Course

Academic Regulation 4.4

Students who choose to withdraw from their course must complete the online WC - Withdrawal from Course form. It is recommended that students speak with a Student Counsellor or their Course Coordinator prior to withdrawing from a course.

If a WC - Withdrawal from Course form is submitted after the Census Date, the student will be subject to academic and financial penalties and Student Learning Entitlement (if applicable) cannot be re-credited. Refer to the Critical Dates for Variation of Enrolment for further information regarding these penalties.

If a student believes that they have special circumstances, they may apply for a re-credit of Student Learning Entitlement and/or fees. Please refer to the RE - Re-credit of Student Learning Entitlement (SLE) and Refund of Fees in Special Circumstances form for further information.
