Withdrawal From Course

Academic Regulation 4.4

Students who choose to withdraw from their course must complete a WC - Withdrawal from Course form. It is recommended that you speak to a Student Counsellor or your Course Co-ordinator prior to withdrawing from a course.

The WC form can be lodged at the Student Centre on your campus. It is recommended that you retain a copy of the form for your records.

Units withdrawn after the census date will be subject to academic and financial penalties and Student Learning Entitlement (if applicable) cannot be re-credited. Refer to the Critical Dates for Variation of Enrolment or further information regarding these penalties.

If you believe that you have special circumstances, you may apply for a re-credit of your Student Learning Entitlement and/or fees. Please refer to the RE - Re-credit of Student Learning Entitlement (SLE) and Refund of Fees in Special Circumstances form for further information.
