Student Associations

The Student Association on each campus offers a wide range of services to students.

Student Associations:

  • promote student involvement in on-campus and off-campus activities
  • organise social, spiritual, sporting and cultural events and activities
  • promote activities for relaxation
  • provide student representatives to campus and national committees
  • are available to answer student enquiries about services
  • manage student finances that are entrusted to them and regularly report on the budget
  • liaise with the Dean of Students, academic and administrative staff on behalf of students

International students are represented on Student Asssociations to ensure the special needs of international students are not overlooked. In addition to the facilities and activities provided for all University students, ACUcom also organises regular social activities for international students in their programs.

ACUNSA is the national student body at ACU National. Each year ACUNSA elects a Student Senator to the University Senate, and to represent students on Academic Board and other committees.
