1. The Scholarship, paid in two half-yearly instalments, will have a value of $1,000.

2. The Scholarship will be open to students entering the second or third year of any undergraduate course at the Strathfield campus (Mount Saint Mary) of the University who can display commitment to community service and social justice.

3. Applications should include –

1. evidence of the applicant’s contribution to and/or leadership in community service and social justice; and
2. evidence of academic merit, with particular emphasis on the results of the previous year.

4. Two Scholarships may be awarded each year, on the recommendation of a Selection Committee consisting of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor responsible for the Strathfield campus, the Manager, Campus Ministry, and one member of academic staff of each of the Faculties teaching on the Strathfield camps, nominated by the respective Deans.
