(Established in 1995 and donated by Dooleys Lidcombe Catholic Club Ltd.)

1. Several Bursaries may be awarded each year to a total value of $6,000.

2. The Bursaries will be open to students entering the second, third or fourth year of any undergraduate course at Strathfield (Mount Saint Mary) or North Sydney (MacKillop) campuses of the University.

3 Applications should include –

1. an explanation on how the Scholarship could financially support their intended program of study;
2. evidence of the successful completion of his/her first year of studies with outstanding academic achievement.

4. The Bursaries may be awarded each year on the recommendation of a Selection Committee consisting of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Students and Learning), the Heads of School which conduct undergraduate courses at the Strathfield and North Sydney campuses and the Director, Australian Catholic University Foundation.

Applications for 2009 ACU Scholarships and Bursaries are now open and will close 5pm (AEDT) Friday 6 March, 2009.
