Pratt Foundation Bursary
The Pratt Foundation (established in 1978 by Richard and Jeanne Pratt) is one of the largest private sources of philanthropy in Australia and makes available a bursary to a suitably qualified Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student undertaking postgraduate study at Australian Catholic University.
Eligibility
The Bursary is awarded on the basis of need and is made available to an indigenous student enrolling in a postgraduate course at the University.
Value
The successful applicant will be awarded a scholarship to the value of $2,500 as a one-off payment.
In any year the Pratt Foundation Bursary Committee may decide to award a bursary of less than this amount.
Selection Criteria
Applicants should submit an application form and attach a 200 word statement providing;
- An explanation on how the Bursary could financially support their intended program of study.
- An explanation on how their intended program of study could potentially advantage Indigenous communities,
