Special Event Support

Client Support Services provides technology support for functions and conferences that are held at ACU.

Client Support Services aims to provide Conference organisers with a fault free presentation environment when using ACU's tiered theatres and lecture rooms.

Where the Event requires additional equipment to what is installed in the rooms or additional services such as Video and Audio recordings, Client Support Services will source the required equipment/services at the Client's expense.

Where ACU Events requires staff support outside of the normal span of hours (7:30am to 6:30pm), or requires staff in excess of what Client Support Services can provide, additional staffing can be arranged at the client's expense.

Full cost recovery will apply for non ACU events.

Staff wishing to request Special Event Support, should make an appointment with the relevant Client Support Services Campus Co-ordinator. All details relating to services required for the Event will be discussed and agreed upon at the meeting. This will include the availability of equipment and staff.
