IT Service Catalogue

Information Technology

Information Technology services launched a new webpage, the IT Service Catalogue, aimed at providing a simple but informative display of the services IT provides to the University, its staff and students. The catalogue has a number of browsing options: an A-Z listing, staff only services, student only services, specific groups and service category. Each service listing will provide a description of the service, its benefits, availability, support and links to further detail.

This service comes as part of our commitment to the best practice framework called Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). It forms the foundation for our continued efforts in service and process improvement.
