Terms of Reference:
- To advise the Senate on:
- the attainment in Victoria of the objects of the Company set out in clauses 2.1.4(a) to 2.1.4(d) inclusive of the Company's Memorandum of Association;
- educational policies of the University designed to promote the mission of the Roman Catholic Church and benefit the Roman Catholic community in Victoria;
- To discuss and forward to the Senate an opinion on any matter whatsoever in Victoria relating to the University;
- To consider and report to the Senate on all matters submitted to it by the Senate for report; and
- To exercise and perform such of the powers, authorities, duties and functions of the Senate as are delegated from time to time to the Chapter.

| Review(s): The membership and Charter of the Chapter are reviewed as required and proposed changes are recommended to the Archbishop of Melbourne and Bishop of Ballarat. Victorian Chapter membership was reviewed in 2006, with a new membership being established for 2007. |
