Ethics Clearance

All research involving human participants, animals, recombinant DNA or ionising radiation require ethical clearance. Human research includes use of questionnaires, surveys, close observation, access to identifiable personal records, experiments, etc.

The documents for ethics clearance applications, modifications, and progress final report forms are located below for both research projects and taught units.

To download documents, click on the title of the form you wish to open, and choose save to disk from the options provided. If you have any problems downloading the documents, please send an email to res.ethics@patrick.acu.edu.au
