Graduates are automatically members of the ACU |Alumni Association. There is therefore no cost involved.  Membership is open to graduates of the University and former amalgamated colleges.

To get in contact with former class mates please email any known details to ACU | Alumni at alumni@acu.edu.au.
 
Though we cannot directly provide you with the details of a graduate, we can notify them that you wish to contact them.  It is then up to them to contact you. This is to ensure that the University complies with its privacy policy. Likewise we will not provide your details to any third-parties without your consent.
 
The University also has an Australian Catholic University page on Facebook.  In addition to the University page, ACU | Alumni also has a page. 
 

10.  How do I obtain a copy of my academic transcript?

 
Alumni who require an official academic transcript with details of course marks and grades are required to complete a Request for Transcript form (PDF, 63kb).
 
The cost for former students is $16.50.  This charge covers more than once course, additional charge per copy.  Payment can be made by cash or cheque/money order made out to Australian Catholic University. The form and payment must be lodged at an ACU Student Centre.
 

11.  How do I obtain a replacement testamur?

 
Alumni will need to complete a Replacement Testamur form (PDF , 37kb) including a statutory declaration, and forward completed paperwork with payment to the Graduation Office.
 

12.  What is the correct post nominal for the degree I graduated with?

 
Post nominals are the letters placed after an individual’s name to indicate education qualifications, title of office, decoration or honour.
 
The post nominal that may be used by a graduate is the abbreviation of the completed ACU degree.  The letters are inserted after the surname and can be used on items such as business cards and resumes.
 
Example
Peter Smith graduate with a Bachelor level degree in Education. The post nominal he would have following his surname would be Peter Smith BEd

13. As a graduate of Australian Catholic University, how am I able to make a contribution?

As a former student you are an ambassador of Australian Catholic University.  From your time studying you gained experience and knowledge that you can share with future and current students.

As a graduate of the University you can also provide a profile of a chosen career path.  You can therefore contribute to the University by donating your time to events such as orientation days, open days and career fairs.
