An alumni chapter is a group of formers students of the University who share a common interest and have decided to formalise their interactions with each other and ACU.
Chapters may be organised based on:
- Educational areas (faculty or discipline area)
- Regional areas (country, city, region or campus)
- Professional or industry areas
- Special interest
As a subgroup of ACU Alumni, all Alumni Chapters operate independently and are organised through a committee selected by its members.
Chapters may be organised by alumni, University staff and the Alumni office, but all Chapters must be approved by the ACU Alumni office prior to being formalised.
